To help you prepare for your visit, we've compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions to help make your bridal shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
How long is my appointment?
Appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours to ensure a relaxed and personalized experience.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
You may bring up to 6 guests, plus yourself. Guest limits may vary during sale events.
How long does it take to order a dress?
Special order bridal gowns typically take 5–6 months to arrive. Bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, grandmother and prom dresses usually take about 3 months.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required on Saturdays and Thursday evenings. Walk-ins are welcome during the week, but we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure we’re able to give you the attention you deserve.
What should I bring to my appointment?
You may bring a strapless bra, a pair of shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day, and a hair tie or clip.
Do you carry prom dresses?
Yes! We carry a variety of prom dresses in-store in different styles, colours, and price ranges.
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our current bridal gowns range from $1,249–$5,000. We also offer a sale selection of bridal gowns priced at $1,500 and below. Bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, and grandmother dresses range from $250–$500, and prom gowns range from $300–$900.
Do you have a seamstress?
We work with a seamstress who operates as an independent business and manages her own bookings. She does come to the store for appointments.
Do you have bridesmaid, mom, or grandmother dresses?
Absolutely! We offer a beautiful selection of bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, and grandmother dresses to suit every style.
Do you carry suits for the wedding party?
Yes! We carry a selection of Collins Essentials suits. We can also special order shirts, ties, pocket squares, and suspenders.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, so please be sure of your selection before purchasing.
Do you carry plus size?
Absolutely! We offer a range of gowns in-store from size 6–30 to ensure every bride feels comfortable and confident.
